The World Council for Gifted and Talented Children will host its first Virtual World Conference over two weekends, July 31 – August 1 & August 7 – 8. The conference platform, SpotMe, will offer several networking opportunities including matchmaking for finding new colleagues with similar interests, question/comment feeds, video breakout sessions, among other features.
The conference will feature eight keynote presentations. There will also be 24 simulive sessions, eight live panel discussions, and many on-demand and audiovisual presentations. The schedule is staggered across three time zones to make it more accessible no matter where you live, and the simulive/live sessions with be recorded for later viewing.
